I am Licensed Professional Counselor. I have 10 years experience with counseling a vast majority of different populations. I have extensive experience in providing treatment for problems related to Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and Drug/Alcohol addiction. My approach is a "no judgement zone" and I am willing to meet each individual where they are in their life domain. I am competent in several treatment modalities. I find Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a treatment efficacy for multiple issues in individuals lives. Seeking counseling is the first step in seeking solutions to life's circumstances. I believe that every individual deserves to be healthy mentally and emotionally. I am ready to assist you with meeting your goals and working towards change.
