Drawing from extensive clinical experience, I help clients develop meaningful strategies for healing, self-understanding, and emotional resilience. I'm committed to creating a non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and cultivate greater self-compassion.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kimberley Slown. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I wasnt sure what to expect with therapy, and I would say I was apprehensive at best. However, it didnt take long for Kimberley to create a space where I felt comfortable and willing to talk about what was going on in my life. Being able to do so has been very helpful in gaining new perspectives on things that seemed overwhelming or immovable. I will recommend.

With miss Kim I've seen some great improvements in my mood swings, my self confidence, and my mood overall has changed. I'm very rarely now sad or upset at myself for the past but upset at the people who have damaged me and miss Kim has helped me find better coping mechanisms. I've learned that I'm worth it and have cut out multiple people who treated me as I was a lesser.

Kimberly is a fantastic therapist who understand my issues deeply, reframes thoughts, challenges me when I need to be challenged, and is super adaptable to what I need.
