I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & depression utilizing including EMDR, CBT, DBT, CBT-PG, and other evidence based interventions. I enjoy working with both adolescent and adult clients to achieve their goals and establish a safe environment for my clients to feel free to talk without judgement. She's very kind and patient with me,and always puts me at ease. She helps me come up with ways to deal with my problems and also has already made a lot of revelations that I wasnt aware of
