About me

Experienced online therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health industry both FL and TX. Highly skilled in Child/Adolescent Development and Adults. I provide Individual Person-Centered Therapy, Couples Counseling, Reality Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness/Meditation, Yoga CBT.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, also approved by the State of Florida to be a Clinical Supervisor in FL. I also am licensed the state of TX as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Gannon University in Erie, PA in 1998, and then a Masters of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria in Houston, TX in 2002.

I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of Education and Mental Health. I am currently working as an LPC and LMHC for Teladoc as a mental health counselor, and in the recent past as a Director of Telehealth at an outpatient facility in Fort Myers, FL providing individual counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults. I have also worked in the FL and TX schools as a K-8 Teacher, School Counselor, Professional Development District Resource Teacher, and Behavior Specialist for children and adolescents.

I am an Army Reserve Veteran and a Steelers fan born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. I love traveling and spending time with family and friends and enjoy the beach, snowmobiling, running and yoga.
