About me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire and have five years of experience in working with people who are struggling with life's challenges. I believe that we all have the answers that we need inside of ourselves, but sometimes we need help to find them. I have experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life changes. I believe in a whole-person approach to therapy, with a firm understanding that the therapeutic relationship is the biggest indicator of treatment success. Building rapport and trust are paramount in the work that I do with clients.

My approach tends to be integrative, though stems from a focus on Narrative Therapy, Psychotherapy, Strengths Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work to use approaches that are best suited for each client, and tailor all interventions based on personal need. Clients have reported that they feel that I am easy to talk to and that they feel comfortable and cared for during their work with me.

I understand that looking and asking for help is difficult, and I am so glad that you are finding the courage to seek support. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and walk with you in your journey to understanding and healing.

Kim is incredibly empathetic and a fabulous listener. She has given me sight into areas of my life that have been otherwise completely dark or hidden. My path to healing is brighter and easier because of Kim’s support.

Kim has been great to work with. I feel she truly listens and gives good insight & suggestions on situations. I feel that she does a good job at balancing pushing me and feeling where I am at with situations.

Kim is the best BetterHelp counselor I've had, and I had to go through about four before I was able to find her! She listens to my concerns and knows how to give prompts that let me dig deeper and find solutions to whatever issues I am facing. I never feel rushed or pressured, just understood. If you do better with a therapist that guides you through the session, Kim could be a good match for you too!
