My name is Kimberly Guthrie. I graduated from Walden University with a BS in Child and Adolescent Development. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health. Therapy approaches I use consist of Motivational Interviewing, Therapy for Trauma and Abuse, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have 3 years experience working with clients with anxiety, depression and substance abuse. My goal is to give you a safe place to fall where you can feel comfortable to open up in a nonjudgmental space. It is important to recognize that nothing changes inside our comfort zones and we need to feel it to heal. Reaching out is a brave first step to being all that you can be. Let's do this as a team.

Kim has been so helpful and supportive in dealing with my anxiety. She has given me tools that are effective and I am so grateful for that.
Wonderful person, with really great advice!
Kim is truly wonderful. I’m grateful for her professionalism and how clearly she makes an effort to address my problems and provide solutions rather than just talking.
Kimberly is always reaching out and makes it known she is always there. Very good help
