About Me

My name is Kimberly Guthrie. I graduated from Walden University with a BS in Child and Adolescent Development. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health. Therapy approaches I use consist of Motivational Interviewing, Therapy for Trauma and Abuse, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have 3 years experience working with clients with anxiety, depression and substance abuse. My goal is to give you a safe place to fall where you can feel comfortable to open up in a nonjudgmental space. It is important to recognize that nothing changes inside our comfort zones and we need to feel it to heal. Reaching out is a brave first step to being all that you can be. Let's do this as a team.

Kim is truly wonderful. I’m grateful for her professionalism and how clearly she makes an effort to address my problems and provide solutions rather than just talking.
