Kimberly has helped me find my confidence and identity again. My friends and family have all told me they can tell I’ve grown so much as a person and no longer take things so personally anymore. She taught me skills to cope with anxiety and overthinking as well as taught me how to affirm myself and increase my self confidence. I have learned so much about myself and I’m so thankful for her! My days are brighter and emotions are clearer / more rational. I would recommend her to anyone looking to better themselves! She has a warm and gentle demeanor and never makes me feel judged. I have a hard time articulating my thoughts but she is patient and waits for me to finish rambling before she helps me piece together what I’m trying to say. I was nervous to start therapy but she has made it a very positive experience.

Ms. Kimberly is amazing and I am very appreciative of her support and expertise. Such a positive and amazing spirit. She doesn’t judge me, but she also helps me see things more clearer and for what they are. I understand a lot of things now that has happened in my life because of her. She has helped me get down to the root of my issues and that in turn is helping me build myself back up to what I was before, but more new and improved. I am feeling much better now about myself since starting therapy with Ms. Kimberly and I feel I have improved quite a bit in my life so far and it’s a great feeling indeed! Continue to be great, shine, and be a blessing for others Ms. Kimberly!
