Kim has been a major part of my journey to establish mental health growth. She takes time to think back to earlier sessions to compare how I have progressed and it is very helpful. She is well versed on challenges and it's always a great session

My life has improved significantly since I started counseling with Kimberly. Some of my problems have disappeared, others seem manageable now. I cannot express how thankful I am to her. A whole new quality of life. And additionally, the sessions are very enjoyable. Kimberly is so positive and encouraging, always looking into the future, finding new paths out of the misery.

Kimberly Tennant is the most genuine, kind, warm-hearted therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I really feel like she cares about me as a person more then just a client and therapist relationship. She's very easy to talk to and I never feel like she judged me no matter what subject I need to discuss with her. She's very flexible if I really need a session she would try to fit me into her schedule. The best quality about her is just how safe I feel with her on the phone. I can easily let my walls down and never feel judged. She is a bright light in this dark world and she always makes me laugh. I have never connected with any therapist in my whole life like I have with her. I actually feel like she wants to see me win in life. It feels like she gives me so much love and support it honestly feels like she is like family. I love her. She is really a blessing in my life.

Kimberly does several things that I’ve never had in a counselor. Firstly she listens and gives me space to think and feel without interrupting or imposing her own feelings about my life. She also has such a wealth of knowledge and experience that I feel very confident in her ability to help me on my journey to better mental health. Kimberly is always honest about her interpretation of things and she holds me accountable even when I think it could be easier for her to let me get away with damaging thoughts or actions. Finally, I truly feel like she cares about my progress. When we had breakthroughs in therapy or I had personal successes, I always felt like she was on my side. When I struggled or failed, she gave me the space to deal with it but kept me positive. I highly recommend her to everyone and especially to women looking for a therapist with experience, expertise, and empathy.

I feel understood. Kimberly is insightful, patient, and above all else, kind. She creates a safe space for self exploration, troubleshooting, overflow of all types and mixtures of emotions, and more. She cultivates realistic goals for the individual while allowing conversation to flow in its natural ebb and flow. I am very grateful to have been paired with her for the past year.

Kimberly is a genuinely caring and knowledgeable counselor. When I joined Better Help was in dire need of someone to really HEAR me and help me make sense of what was going on with my life, my health and my head - She went above and beyond to understand my situation in its entirety, as well as provide me methods of dealing with my stressors in a healthy manor. Kimberly has provided consistent and reliable support - never once have I felt like my issues were a burden - even at the most random times of day. She helped lift me up and checked in on me when I'd find myself in a hole. I cannot recommend this woman enough.
