Hello and thanks for joining me. My name is Kimberly Thompson and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Missouri and Georgia. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University in December 2012. Throughout my years as a counselor, I have helped people with their struggles with anxiety, depression, conflict, stress, work issues, and relationship problems. My approach is largely Cognitive Behavioral. What that means is that I believe our thoughts and feelings influence our behaviors and our behaviors influence our thoughts and feelings and around and around we go.
