About Me

I have 25 years of mental health experience in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, non-parental events (NPE), anger management, domestic violence, and sexual violence. I am eclectic in my approach to working with my clients as I like to do what is best for each person individually. I am compassionate in my work and understanding of your needs and concerns. Knowing when to get help for those moments in your life that you struggle with or can’t seem to move on from is a journey that you don’t have to take alone. Counseling can be the start of your journey to find that inner peace that everyone deserves to have. This is not to say the journey will not be difficult but it will be well worth the effort you put in if it means a change in the quality of life you can live through healing. Before Kindra, I was lost. Trying to figure out what was wrong with me, how to be normal (whatever that is). But since Kindra, I'm happier with my husband And kids, I know whAt happening to be isn't my fault. It's chemistry and my body fighting. She has helped me so much. I never want to stop having Therapy with her!!!

Kindra is very warm, understanding and a great listener. Since the start of my sessions with Kindra, I have felt a difference in my anxiety level. She has provided me some great techniques to ease my anxiety and stress. I would definitely recommend working with Kindra.
