Research shows that individuals in other countries outside of the United States are simply happier. According to U.S. News, the United States comes in at a staggering 19th place, as far as World’s Happiest Countries goes.
I have traveled to over 40 countries to gain a better understanding of precisely why this is. I seek to find not only why individuals in other countries are happier, what qualities they possess, in addition to what their daily lifestyles encompass that encourage happiness levels.

Kira is super upbeat, and very easy to work with. She allows you to control your sessions which is important to me. I would highly suggest her. I have nothing, but good sessions and it is really helping me cope with Medical school stress and anxiety.
Kira is an amazing therapist. She listens and is so encouraging! Kira gives me “homework” which allows me to visit my thoughts and measure my progress! Very rewarding. I highly recommend.
Kira is patient and gives me time to discuss any topic I want during my session. She has a positive attitude and encourages me to work towards my goals. I am grateful to connect with Kira.
To date she’s been a good listener
Kira is very attentive, honest, and friendly. I really am happy with the progress I’ve made in such a short time thanks to her. I don’t want to leave the app because she is here. Super nice and sincere. 50000/10
My experience so far with Kira is very positive. She listens to me and offers good advice and is very supportive and kind. Kira always responds to any messages or journal entries I send quickly, so I am confident that she is contactable whenever I need her.
