Kirsten strikes the right balance between listening and guiding. She is gentle, compassionate, and competent. I haven't had many sessions with Kirsten yet but look forward to getting there as she's already illuminated a few paths that I can work toward to improve how I approach life and its challenges.

I joined this site at a point in my life where I felt like nothing could save me from the depression that I was falling into. I had never felt more disconnected with society and alone in my life. I was becoming this person that I did not recognize.
So when I joined the site, I was paired up with Kirsten and she helped me get through the toughest time in my life. I really wasn't expecting much to change but she transformed me as a person with the positive influence she brought. She has been extremely kind, patient and understanding of my situation. She has changed my life and brought me peace. For that I will be forever grateful to her.
