About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has worked in the Social Work field in many capacities since 2005. I have focused on counseling and therapy since 2013 and worked with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management and parenting struggles. I have experience working with people who have experienced trauma, grief and loss. I also have experience working with clients who are exploring sexual and gender identity.

My counseling style focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship with the client that allows me the ability to really assess what therapeutic interventions and strategies would work best for them. I believe strongly in open and honest dialogue that allows the client to get their needs meet in an effective and efficient manner.

I am a solution focused therapist who uses a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT-informed, Problem Solving and Psycho-dynamic to ensure that you get the treatment you need and deserve.

She listens to me and really understands where i’m coming from. Korynne makes me feel heard and respected when I talk to her. I am tremendously grateful for her help and incredible talent as a psychologist.

Korynne is an absolute gem! She listens (or reads) carefully and replies thoughtfully in the most non judgmental way possible. She makes it easy to open up, and provides feedback in a positive light, and has a way of making you think everything through and process things you haven't before. I would recommend Korynne to anyone in need of PTSD support or even just general counseling. She truly has a way of making you feel completely comfortable. Thank you!

She is very helpful. It gives me someone to talk that doesn't live with me. I like having an outside perspective. Thank you!

The ability to respond/share when it works for me is incredible. Physical Appointments with counselors in the past were a serious barrier. Korynne is incredible at “getting” not just what I’m sharing, but what is behind it. I feel like I am learning to treat myself with more compassion already. I feel like my counselor is HERE with me, wherever I go, because I can always send a message or re-read her response and insights. She models a way of looking at myself I hope to be able to grow into.
