In the few sessions I’ve had with Kourtnie, I feel like I’ve been heard. I actually feel like she wants to help me. She very down to earth and challenges me on my thoughts/feelings. I am so happy I have her as my counselor.

Kourtnie is great. She listens to me and she asks me questions that really make me think and observe why I act how I do. I’ve had a lot of therapists in the past and kourtnie is one of the best

Kourtnie is an excellent therapist who not only makes me feel heard, but understood and led in a direction that promotes growth. She is the first therapist I have worked with that doesn't add more pressure by assigning "homework", but instead gives me very simple tools I can try during overwhelming moments and suggestions that are easy to implement in my daily life. She is a fast and responsive typer which is important to me because I prefer Live Chat. I feel gently supported when I work with her which is all I need as a busy entrepreneur.
