About me

Hello there! I am Kris-Ann Vigil, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have garnered over 5 + years of experience in the field of Mental Health Counseling. Eastern New Mexico University is where I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Being in the helping profession aligns with the person that I am as well as my values. I have always been a naturally warm, open, and compassionate individual. It has made it quite easy for people from various backgrounds to interact with me on various levels. As a result, I have been able to work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges to name a few.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My general approach is client-centered. In fact, you are truly the reason why we are here! It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. As your partner in this therapeutic relationship, I will support you, empathize with you and challenge you in ways to encourage you to BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF! Anticipate genuineness, transparency and unconditional support, and positive regards from me. As long you are willing to put the work in, we will reach any goal that you set for yourself.
If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kris-Ann Vigil. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Kris-Ann has easily become one of my most favorite people ever. When I first started with Better Help I was very nervous and not in a good place mentally. Kris-Ann from the very beginning was compassionate, patient and understanding towards my mental health and my goals. She has worked with me ever step of the way to help me improve and work my way through life’s challenges. She never passes judgement or makes me feel like I am not worthy of a good session. She always gives her best and makes me look forward to our sessions. Even when we don’t have a session scheduled, she has always been open and welcoming to anything I may need. I 100000% would recommend her to anyone.
