Kristalene Stormer, LCSW, LICSW
About me
Hi. I'm Kristalene.
I'm glad you have reached out and are seeking help and support from BetterHelp. I know how hard it can be to find the right person to work with and I want to let you know a little about me to help you decide if I am the right person for you.
I am an independent clinical social worker licensed in the state of Washington, Oregon, and Colorado. I have worked in mental health helping people improve their lives and reach their goals for over 36 years. I specialize in a range of issues including recovery from narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationships, and work conflict, as well as other mental health concerns.
I believe that the way you heal and achieve your goals is a product of the working relationship that we develop together. We have all had experiences in our lives that have challenged, hurt, and impacted us in a way that hinders our ability to move forward. I have the tools to help you see the barriers and develop the skills to move past the pain and on to a future that is brighter and better than it is today. My commitment to you is I will stay by your side throughout the healing process.
I have appointments available and ready for you to schedule. I review messages daily and try to respond quickly. I am available via video, phone, chat, and text, whatever works best for you.
I look forward to meeting and working with you.

I've had 2 sessions and I already adore this site. I've needed some help recently and I've gotten some advice that really helps.. I was scared to join therapy for the longest time, but I do not regret it. Best decision I've made in a while

I get nervous when it comes to therapy; It feels like I’m being interviewed and it kinda freaks me out. With Kristalene , I felt comfortable , and understood. Talking to her felt like a warm hug , whilst still maintaining absolute professionalism. That being said , I can’t be any more pleased with my experience.
