I have had many counselors throughout my life, but none quite like Kirsten. The level of empathy and attention that she shares in and out of session is matched only by her desire to help you develop and grow. My weekly sessions are a highlight of my week. She provides a versatile environment that allows for decompression, processing, and personal development. She intuitively seems to know when to keep digging deeper and when to ease up. I consider myself extraordinarily lucky to have found her, and feel like I have a better toolset to handle issues, and a better understanding of myself.
Kirsten has been so great to me. In recovery when everything went haywire she kept me calm and focused on my mission.
I've found Kristen to be a highly intuitive, attentive and supportive councellor. It always feels like I'm speaking with a 'real' person who 'gets' me. Our conversations never feel stilted even as we tackle some difficult topics. There is a nice ebbs and flow to our sessions, I feel, and her questions keep me honest too.
I also don't know how she finds time to be as thoroughly responsive as she is to my messages. She doesn't just reply, she'll tackle every major point of a message I will send. Everytime.. Thoroughly. Doing that for all of her clients must take a large chunk of time!
Needless to say, I am very grateful for the chance to tackle my growth work with Kristen.
Best therapist I’ve ever had, maybe the best therapist hands down, I have been traumatized repeatedly from the age of 8 to the age of 23, and this fucking magician has seen me improve more in 2 months than I improved in the three years (WITH OTHER THERAPISTS!!!) before her.
You would need to invent a new type of degree above PhD just to make a dent in any attempt to describe her competence.
Kristen is top notch. I [unfortunately] have been in and out of therapy since I was 6 yrs old due to trauma and Kristen has helped me navigate my adult life more effectively than my last 10 therapist. Thanks to betterhelp.com I was matched with a suitable therapist that not only understands me, but does not bash or degrade my actions when I slip up. I can tell she's committed to my process and will be there every step of the way.
Kirsten is great.
Kristin has been incredibly helpful and has supported me as I move through my mental health journey. Her caring, non-judgemental approach coupled with her delivery of helpful strategies has been a major contributor to my well being. I highly recommend her as a counselor!
Kristen is amazing at what she does. I feel truly blessed that she was able to help me through some tough situations with guidance.
