About me

HI! My name is Kristen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has experience working with individuals and groups for the past 10 years and prior to that I also worked as a certified and licensed recreational therapist. This allows me to utilize creative and expressive ways to interact in therapy. My style is that of being warm and genuine while helping you find your best self and sometimes incorporating humor. I also have a passion of working with women who need support throughout their journey of motherhood from prenatal to postnatal care. Reaching out for a supportive ear can be a challenge, so congratulations on your first step! Please let me know what questions you may have and I am excited and honored about the possibility of partnering with you through your journey!

Kristen is an exceptional listener and after just one session with her, I feel immense relief. It's remarkable what a great therapist can do to your mental state -- and Kristen is wonderful at her job.

I’ve been in therapy with Kristen for a few months now. She is such a great therapist and overall a good person. She has helped me empower myself and cope with healthier tools, inspired me to do things that extend my comfort zone. Within months I’ve gone from panic and anxiety stricken to feeling empowered out in the world and my everyday life knowing I can handle it and trust that God is always with me. I would recommend her 100%!

I cannot say enough positive things about Kristen. Aside from her extensive professional knowledge, she is a great listener, one of the kindest people I know, and truly cares about her clients.
