I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with over 10 years of counseling experiences. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and stress, depression, fatigue and lack of concentration, ADHD, behavior concerns, parenting and relationship issues, weight management, self-esteem, insomnia, and life skills.
My counseling style integrates a whole person, a mind-body approach to counseling, using a combination of therapeutic strategies including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, motivational, solution-focused, and lifestyle interventions. I believe that our mind and bodies have an innate desire and ability towards self-healing, balance, and health. Recognizing that physical health impacts emotional and mental health, I work closely with my clients to design personalized and integrative treatment plans, based on the goals of my clients, to improve their emotional and physical well-being for increased happiness, energy, and confidence.
I value the needs of the whole person, acknowledging the individuality of my clients, respecting their unique life experiences and concerns, and their individual emotional and physical needs. Providing the whole self with emotional, mental, and physical support enables the body, mind, and spirit to rebalance, self-heal, and achieve ultimate wellness.
I intend to provide you with the unique and individualized support you deserve. Together, we will monitor your comfort level and motivation towards change, healing, and wellness. My goal is to make sure you are comfortable, feeling safe and supported, yet challenged towards gaining your greatest health, harmony, and happiness.
I look forward to working with you!

Kristin works hard to understand me and to try different approaches to helping me. She is very quick to get back to me and lets me know if she will have to be out of touch for a day or two. I feel comfortable telling her anything, knowing she won't judge me.
She's absolutely amazing. Understanding, supporting, and great role model. Points me into the right direction and gives the best advice. I wouldn't trade her for any other counselor.
Kristin has been so incredibly helpful to me. She always listens and writes the most thoughtful replies. She really takes the time to write a thorough reply and address all of my concerns. I know she really thinks about her answers and offers as much help as possible. I cannot recommend her enough!!! She has been so helpful and supportive. I strongly recommend her, and she is truly very kind and caring as well. I really can't say enough, but just that she works extremely hard and offers so much advice, and really listens if certain things are not working and offers alternative ideas. She is wonderful!! Thank you so much!!!
I have been in therapy with Kristin for a few weeks. She is attentive, empathic, relevant, and certainly a professional. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to enhance the quality of their lives through therapy.
