Kristina is great and I would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a counselor with a similar worldview
Kristina is the best. She’s been my therapist since March and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else! She holds so much space for me to exist and speak freely and I’m really grateful for how far we’ve come together in terms of healing through trauma and understanding where my pain stems from.
Kristina has been so amazing through my first experience with counseling and I am very grateful to have her to help me grow!
After being laid off due to covid-19 and going through other life changes, I have been feeling depressed and anxious. I decided to give Better Help a try and was matched up with Kristina. She has been a wonderful resource for me during this uncertain time, and I have come out of each session feeling good about myself and less anxious about my current situation. She makes me feel very validated in what I'm feeling and has provided me with many resources to turn to. I'm excited to continue to work with her in the future and I would definitely recommend Kristina to anyone who has been struggling with their mental health.
I've just had two sessions so far with Kristina, and already I feel a deep sense of rapport. She is easy to talk to, reflects back a deep understanding of what I am expressing, offers insights that help me to think deeper and open to a greater awareness. I am so grateful we got paired! And I look forward to the healing journey ahead.
Kristina is by far the best counselor I have ever had. She not only listens to everything I have to say, but she also offers effective solutions to problems. She proactively suggests helpful resources, like books, to focus on until our next session. She has been a tremendous help to me.
Kristina Schellie has been a life saver for me. She recognizes immediately what the key themes in my life are when I speak freely and writes everything down. I like that she is a great listener, calm, and can help me focus on constructive activities that I can work on from home to progress in my therapy. We have a few things in common, as well, so that certainly helps me invest a degree of trust when I understand we have some shared places and experiences.
