About Me

Feeling lost, alone, depressed, worried or simply not living the life you want? As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 16 years of experience, I have the knowledge and skills to move you to where you want to be in life.

I have worked with clients of all ages, genders, cultures and successfully treated a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, and life transitions. I am especially interested in working with victims and survivors of trauma/abuse and violent crime.

I utilize many different psychological approaches such as Humanistic-Existential theories that explore the meaning of life, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Interventions that look at how our thinking affects our feelings and behaviors, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy Interventions that teach as ways of improving our ability to tolerate emotional distress and Solution-Focused Therapy Interventions that can help recognize our resiliency and ability to solve our problems. The foundation of our work together, however, is the safe trusting relationship we will develop that will allow you to explore and grow to become who you want to become.

I consider it an honor and privilege to join you on your path to wellness. Please contact me today so we can started!
