About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I utilize multiple modes of therapeutic interventions in treatment planning to help better assess and treat each individual and/or family’s needs. Treatment is designed to address the specific concerns of each individual; and is flexible to address multiple areas of needed growth and development.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to address issues related to anger, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, problems with attention and focus, low self-esteem, improving communication skills, relationship issues, and families struggling with divorce, family dynamics, developmental issues and daily life functioning. I believe in identifying each person’s inner strengths and utilize encouragement to help these strengths flourish in an effort to increase overall functioning

I aboslutely love Kristine as my counselor. She communicates very well with me. Everytime I talk to her I feel her support and gives the best exercises to truly evaluate myself. Some using her coping skills I haven't been feeling as overwhelmed like I use to feel
