About me
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
Hello! I am an individual and family therapist licensed in Ohio with over 14 years of experience. I graduated in 2004 with my Masters in Social Work and I am independently licensed. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, school issues, suicidality, career exploration, grief and loss, and ADHD. Much of my work focused on children, adolescents, and families when working in community mental health.
I enter into to therapy with my clients as flexible, inclusive, and open minded. I believe in treating anyone with respect, dignity, and compassion, as I will always meet you where you are. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral techniques and solution focused approaches. I like to use art, music, and other resources to help find what works for you. We will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I look forward to meeting you!
