Hello, my name is Kristy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LMHC), dual-licensed in both Missouri and Iowa. In my 13 years of experience, I have helped clients with a wide range of concerns, including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addiction, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have struggled with physical trauma and emotional abuse.
Reaching out to talk with someone can seem scary and overwhelming, but it is a brave first step toward getting better. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and will provide a safe environment for you that is free of judgment or stigmatizing labels.
My approach to helping you is solution-focused, and combines a diverse range of treatments, including: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and rational emotive counseling. But most importantly, I’m here to listen and support. I want to help you succeed and conquer those roadblocks on your road to positive change.
I look forward to working with you!

I've been working with Kristy for a good 10 month or so and I cannot emphasise enough how much she has helped me in a challenging period of my life. I feel much stronger, more resilient and in a much better position to handle the issues I have been having for years. An amazing support. Thank you!
Kristy is a very caring and helpful counselor. I’m so glad the company choose her for me. She is the best. :)
Although it is better help that arranges the therapists Kristy has helped me gain my confidence, allowed me to learn and manage my stress and help me to learn to improve my social skills. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a helping hand. 5 Start rating!
I am very grateful for my sessions with Kristy - she listens well, understands me when I vent to her, and even sends me helpful resources. Kristy helped me to feel more self-confident and less lonely about my situation. Now, I feel that I have enough strategies and tools to use the next time I feel anxious.
Kristy understood me from the start and has given me great insight and advice. I highly recommend her!
Kristy Eaton is a wonderful counselor. She is a great listener, and she gives relevant and helpful feedback. She picks up on the words that are unsaid, reads between the lines, and has great intuition. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know seeking counseling.
