Hello! I am a Virginia Beach native Licensed Professional Counselor ready to work alongside you to achieve a more fulfilling, purposeful life. I am licensed in Virginia with 7 years of professional work experience. I received my education at Old Dominion University and Regent University. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, anger management, & depression. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric and community-based settings providing crisis and community stabilization services. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In my free time, I enjoy tending to my house plants, cooking, practicing Muay Thai, and hanging out with my cat, Thai.
