About me

Hello! I’m Krystal Klein. I’ve had the privilege to be in the counseling field for over 10 years. Over that time, I have been able to work with a number of individuals in a variety of settings.

I am a graduate of the University of North Texas and have a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling degree. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). My personal and professional belief is that counseling helps individuals and families find more productive and effective ways to deal with life's situations. This often means that a client must make changes in the ways they think, act, and feel about their situations. My most utilized therapeutic approaches are Cognitive-Behavioral and Client-Centered. I have experience working with clients ages 13 to adulthood with the majority of my experience being in: depression, stress/anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, family concerns, and substance use and other process disorders.

Your counseling experience is for you. You should expect to be treated with dignity and respect throughout our therapeutic journey. When you invest yourself in the counseling process, you can experience the satisfaction of successfully meeting your goals towards change and self-acceptance.

Counseling is both rewarding and challenging for those involved. I look forward to working with you!

Working with Krystal was a great first experience for me. I had never gone through therapy before and having someone who completely understood and listened was more than I expected. Great listening and insightful in her questions. I am so thankful for all of the tools she has given me to continue on my journey.
