Ms Mattox is an exceptionally easy person to talk to and she has a talent to listening and quickly identifying core issues. She has been most respectful and compassionate. She has put extra effort in reaching out when she knows that life events may be complications daily life. Her empathy is most comforting. I feel very fortunate to have found Ms Maddox.
