About Me

I am an individual and couples therapist licensed in Minnesota with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I also work with the LGBTQ community, and especially those that are experiencing gender dysphoria.

My counseling style is warm, laid-back, and nonjudgemental. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution focused, empowerment. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

I continue to feel and believe in the progress I'm making, which considering I signed up primarily to work through my anxiety I think is a big deal.

I feel very fortunate to have found such a great therapist. She listens and validates without being being condescending and she doesn't impart personal opinions during sessions. She makes me feel comfortable and I feel like I'm chatting with a friend.

10/10 would recommend
