Lacita Moody, LPC
About me
I am a licensed professional in the State of Missouri. My experience includes both hospital and non-profit settings. I have assisted in transforming the lives of women, men, and teens that have experienced emotional, sexual, and physical trauma. Aside from working with depression, anxiety, and creatives, I am also passionate about working with multicultural professionals. Specifically, I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced traumatic emotional or narcissistic abuse unlearn deeply ingrained negative beliefs about themselves projected onto them by toxic partners.
It is my commitment to help my clients find their true purpose in life outside of trauma, anxiety, and challenging life transitions by instilling a strong sense of empowerment and autonomy.
Additionally, I have expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Person-Centered Therapy.
With every client, I strive to provide them with the tools necessary to thrive at their fullest capacity for years to come. My warm and inviting counseling style and approach are customized to your individual needs. Today is the day to make a life-changing decision by investing in yourself. Let me help you get back to you!
