All of us get stuck at some point in our lives. Working with a therapist can help you take steps towards feeling more clear and comfortable from the inside out --that is where I come in!
My approach is non- judgmental, genuine, and compassionate. I have many years of experience working with clients who have encountered challenges in adjusting to change, identity/orientation, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, depression/anxiety, and just generally questioning what it means to find wholeness. If you're struggling with life issues you can't seem to get a handle on, counseling can help clarify and overcome hurdles to a new way of thinking and feeling.
My professional experience includes working in private practice, clinics, hospitals, and residential treatment settings. Throughout my career, I've learned to help others identify areas of concern and provide sound solutions. I also enjoy long term care, and developing a strong therapeutic alliance that helps my clients through self discovery.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, borrowing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and mindfulness practices. Whether your needs are short or long term, I am here to help you regain an improved sense of self and enhance your well being.
I look forward to working with you!

Lacy is very supportive and responsive!
Lacy helps me think about what my problems are, and even though I may take a few days to reply to her, she responds with wonderful advice and I am starting to feel more confident in myself, which I haven’t felt since high school nearly 10 years ago.
After being unable to feel connected/heard by 2 other counselors I was matched with Lacy. I really appreciate the "change your counselor" feature, without it I wouldn't have been able to find the support and expertise I found with Lacy. I am queer, non-binary, a-gender, latinx and felt 100% heard and supported. Lacy is a genuine listener and is able to clearly communicate what she understands and what psychotherapy has to offer.
I've only been with better help for 2 weeks and I was assigned with Lacy. I was naturally skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised how well this turned out. She is timely, compassionate, and she listens to whatever problems even if they seem minute and try to help me make sense of it. I feel in a safe space. I really look forward to continuing sessions with her.
Lacy is someone whom I can relate to and I can trust, as she comes across as non judgmental and really listens to me. She responds in a prompt manner, and will reach out to me to find out how I am doing if she doesn't hear from me in around 2-3 days time. She is also full of passion inside and outside her work. Her positive vibes has rubbed off on me. I enjoy communicating with her like an old friend.
Lacy has been amazing. Fast responses and always very insightful.
Thus far, my time with Lacy has been revolutionary. They make me feel heard. The support they give is amazing.
This is my first time in BetterHelp and Lacy is amazing. She is very nice and really cares about my feelings and suggests new things that would impact my life and is taking different approaches in solving problems.
