About me
I am licensed in Mississippi and Rhode Island with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. In my journey within therapy, I discovered my calling through supporting young adults across clinics, universities, and within the challenging confines of the prison system. My empathy serves as a guiding light, driving my commitment to aiding individuals of diverse ages as they navigate life's difficulties. Spanning various backgrounds and disorders, from grief to anxiety, trauma to depression, I collaborate with clients to harness their inherent strengths, paving the way toward their therapeutic aspirations.
Employing a person-centered ethos, I merge Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with innovative techniques, crafting a space where clients can authentically process their narratives. The trust bestowed upon me to guide others through their most arduous life moments is a privilege I deeply cherish.
