About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and over 13 years of comprehensive clinical experience. I have experience treating teenagers, adults, geriatrics, and couples, with diverse backgrounds and range of concerns. I work with couples in all stages of relationships, and I provide treatment to people of every race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
My passion and expertise lies in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, family counseling, parenting, parent-child relationship issues and all that it encompasses. I also work with divorced and single parents, and blended families.
I will provide a non-judgmental and compassionate approach in which you, may safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, and core beliefs that may be causing distress. I have training in integrative, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness therapy as well as solution-focus therapy.
