I am a Licensed Professional Mental health Counselor in Illinois with 5 years of experience in mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD and career challenges. I have helped many people who have experienced racial trauma, combat trauma or sexual assault.

My therapy style is warm, interactive and I occasionally use humor. I believe in treating people with respect, and compassion. My approach is humanistic, but I also use evidence based therapies such as CPT and PE.
