LaToya has been incredibly helpful in helping me process and work through several things I've been going through over the past ew months. Her offerings of worksheets and other tools are a comfort and I highly recommend!

I have been with LaToya for 5 weeks now, she has helped me identify the roots of some behavioural patterns and I can genuinely say I am excited or hopeful again, I look forward to our sessions, my sexuality and rance and issues I always felt like how can anyone relate but she has a way of making you see past your subconscious thoughts and walking with you towards exercises and worksheets that you can better your thought process and feelings towards yourself

LaToya is an amazing person and has already helped me grow more than I thought possible within the relatively brief time that she's been my counselor. My first impression of her was that she was incredibly smart, professional, attentive, and compassionate -- and that impression has proven to be 100% accurate. I really have never felt so heard and validated. It doesn't matter how I'm feeling going into a session with her -- I always come out of it feeling better. She has pointed out things for me to work on that I've been able to actively apply in my daily life, and I've seen such a difference already. I feel so much more confident in my decision-making, and my anxiety has gone way down. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her, and can only imagine what's possible in the long term when I've seen such an improvement over just a couple of months. 10/10!!!
