Depression, anxiety, anger, and frustration feelings creep in, and before you know it, the feelings have begun to take over. At some point, you get to the place where you say “I can’t take this anymore, I need support from someone!” You don’t have to walk through the process alone. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have 10+ years of counseling experience.
