I am a counselor with 17 years of experience with the last 5 being a licensed therapist. I have worked with clients who seek individual, family, and couples counseling. I am an active listener and is always looking for the best tools, tips and strategies for improving client’s emotional mental health. If you are looking for quick fixes, I am not the best counselor to work with. I believe in taking time and working on wellness slowly, holistically, and consistently. Just as physical health takes time and consistency, so does mental health. Be prepared to enter a no judgement, free from criticism and safe place for your feelings and thoughts
