I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Texas. I obtained my license in 2011 and have a lot of experience with career and work/life counseling. I enjoy helping a wide variety of clients with stress, balance, wellness/health, and other goals.

I use a mostly humanistic approach to counseling including client-centered and solution-focused counseling techniques. I believe that you are here because you desire change, and I would be honored to help you achieve your goals along this journey.
