I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, significant life stress, relationship issues, work/life balance, self-care, and parenting. My approach is client-centered as I believe that you are the expert in your own life! My goal is to help guide you toward living your life to the fullest potential and regaining a new perspective on life and your future. I believe that everyone should be treated with compassion, respect, and sensitivity and will tailor your treatment plan to meet your specific needs. I most often utilize mindfulness, self-compassion work, and cognitive behavioral therapy in my work with clients.
