I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 19 years of experience in school counseling. I provide support for individuals to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and anger, behavioral challenges as well as building self-confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion while fostering an environment where clients feel safe expressing their emotions. My counseling style is very flexible and will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
