I also believe in taking a Humanistic approach which studies the whole person, and the uniqueness of each individual, incorporating Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. My goal is to help the client develop a stronger, healthier sense of self, as well as access and understand their feelings to help gain self-fulfillment. I provide weekday, evening and weekend appointments. I also provide a Christian perspective for clients who prefer a Christian integration to their counseling. My Psychotherapy Experience Includes: Abuse, Adolescent Issues, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bullying Issues, Christian Counseling, Co-Dependency, Coping Skills, Conflict Resolution, Depression, Family Counseling, Financial Counseling, Marriage Counseling, Relational Issues, Stress Management, Trauma, and Women’s Counseling.

Laurie Clemons asks such great questions that help me think. Whether it’s a video call or messaging throughout the week, her questions have helped me dig deeper and figure stuff out. She is very kind and affirming. I highly recommend her!
Laurie is a great listener and very thoughtful. She has allowed me to think from different perspectives and I value her genuine feedback and perspectives.
Great therapist and very helpful
After the session today, I felt really grateful and proud of the situation I am at. Not many people would have thought about their current situation or are self-aware of their true self. I am one of the few who is trying to figure out myself and I am grateful to all the things which I had been through before that bought me here. I have spent my earlier days in just going along with the crowd and not thinking if its good for me or if I like it or not. There were a lot of good and bad things that had happened before which lead me to the situation I am at right now and I am sure without those bad moments, I would not have the good moments. Questioning myself before doing anything has become a regular thing now but I also know that sometimes thinking too much about it does not help as well. These were my first therapy sessions that I have taken in my life and I am glad I did because it is helping me a lot in realisation. I will definitely look back at this situation after few months or years and cherish it. Thank you Laurie for sticking with me through this phase of my life and I am sure, I will fight through this phase as well.
