About me

My practice offers a warm, safe and supportive place to work on your stuck points and ways to enhance and transform your life. Together, through the process of therapy we can unpack not only past negative experiences and/or behaviors, but also focus on how they impact you in the here and now; and most importantly identify strengths and patterns that we can examine and retool.
My style is empathic, eclectic, and informed by your particular needs and situation. I tend to use a strength based approach to help you recognize your own power and magnificence and your ability to make the changes that will enhance your life and alleviate struggle
It takes great strength and courage to reach out for help. Whether you have already realized the benefits of therapy and need to come back or especially if you are new to therapy I welcome you to journey together.
