I am a clinical therapist with extensive experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. There are many difficult issues in a person's life that can be emotionally painful, mentally confusing and cause stress. Therapy allows me to work collaboratively with each client to find solutions and help them move forward in life. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma counseling. I also provide counseling regarding child welfare and immigration issues. I first complete a comprehensive assessment to determine the client's need(s) and then provide clinical treatment, education, emotional support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and brief therapy, as my preferred treatment models.
