I’ve had 2 sessions with LaVaughn so far, he has been very helpful meeting me where I’m at and available. He’s given me tools to apply to my personal life while pointing out areas where I’m on the right track to give me that momentum I needed to keep on going on my journey for self growth. He’s very encouraging, allows me to speak and discuss things that matter to me and are relevant while also guiding and explaining where he is wanting to help take me toward my recovery and healing. I am very grateful and impressed by his insight and expertise. He has made my first ever journey toward therapy inviting, safe, easy and professional and for that I am grateful.
