About me

Welcome to Better Help. I have been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota since 2015 and working in the mental health field for over 10 years. My counseling style is thoughtful, compassionate and respectful. I make it a priority to meet you where you are at on your journey to improved mental health in a non-judgemental manner.

I combine Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Client Centered Techniques in order to work with you to create a unique treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
I am also very comfortable working under a Spirituality Focus during our sessions together if this fits with your needs; however, please note I will only use this if you request this type of focus. Thank you for taking the first steps towards positive change and the best version of yourself.

I am here to help and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
