Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you've taken this first step in seeking out a counselor! Ihope to be of help to you.
I received my degree in Couples and Family Therapy in 2008 and have been helping both couples and individuals people work through their various struggles as a counselor since then. I work well with clients experiencing anxiety or stress, working to navigate relationships or life transitions, and those who are looking to release issues from the past that are affecting their relationships or life at present.
I provide an approach that is non-judgmental and geared towards finding within the strength to heal through various life challenges. I offer a balanced presence and an approach that uses existing strengths to get you to your best self. I utilize solution-focused, internal family systems, somatic, mindfulness and EMDR therapies into my work.
