About me

I am a mental health therapist licensed in Washington State with experience counseling across the lifespan, from children and families, to older adults. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as self-empowerment and esteem, relationship concerns, career anxiety, and family conflicts.

My counseling style is warm and reflective. I value a holistic approach that attends to mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and will pair that process with techniques to build coping skills and the confidence to make healthy life changes.

If you feel ready to begin this process of growth and healthy living, I am here to encourage and support you.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Leah has been an excellent counselor. She's relatable, easy to talk with and completely non judgemental. Weve been working on female empowerment and I couldn't be happier with my progress and her help getting me here.

Leah has been so patient with me During our sessions and has also been so understanding of my inconsistent and complicated schedule. I always feel like she is there to help and does not judge anything that I may share with her. It was hard for me to find a food counselor fit but once I stumbled on Leah I knew she was the one! :)

She's pretty awesome. She has good ideas, and a very strong memory. She remembers things I say and does a good job making me feel like she's listening.

Leah helped me over come the “first visit” anxiety and I look forward to our weekly meetings. She has a gentle but mindful approach. I never feel overwhelmed after our sessions. Very happy.
