About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Georgia and Connecticut, a master addiction counselor (MAC), and a master-level registered addiction specialist (M-RAS). I have 12 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, substance use disorder counselor, and addiction specialist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including stressor- and trauma-related disorders (i.e., acute stress reaction, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder), depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress management, relationship issues (i.e., couples and marriage counseling), parenting problems, and stress management. I also helped many people with physical, emotional abuse, and emotional neglect.

I provide a professional, ethical, non-judgmental, safe space where your right to autonomy and self-determination are encouraged and protected. My therapy style is collaborative and client-centered. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, acceptance-commitment, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness therapy. I tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet your unique and specific needs.

Your well-being is my concern, and I look forward to working with you!
