Lekeshia is a great therapist! We may not be the same race, and a lot of my problems stem from issues with my own community, but she is very understanding and helps me through what is going on in my life.
She’s a very attentive and supportive counselor, she follows up with a lot of worksheets to better understand you and also help you keep focus, Ive had a lovely experience so far
I have only had two sessions with her, but I have loved getting to be her client. She listens well without judgment, and I have loved my experience with her so far.
Lekeshia is great at listening for what I my goals are and helping me know where to start when I otherwise might get overwhelmed. Where I need structure she brings it and when I need flexibility she’s there for that too. My habits are improving and I feel more optimistic about my mental health and my future since working with her.
I am Very thankful for my counselor . Shr listens well , always ask the right questions to unlock some of the tools necessary to become healthy mentally. Very thankful
Lekeshia is a wonderful counselor and makes sure that she has my best intentions in mind.
She’s awesome!!! Thank you so much. Highly recommended!
She’s a great counselor! She helped me understand my issues and the best way to cope with them going forward. Before counseling, I felt lost but after counseling now, I feel so much better!
Lekeshia Lynch is being very helpful. . Her counseling and resources are making a difference in helping me to deal with my situation in a good way. She is a very good listener and she is up to par with information I’ve shared with her in previous sessions and from my journals. I would recommend her to others.
Great help, listened, and helped me heal my trauma !
