About me

My name is LeQuyen Riggio and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with a practice in Riverside, CA. I have devoted my life’s work into developing my skills in this profession. I have over 15 years of experience working in the clinical and the social service settings. These years have afforded me the opportunity to work with groups, families, adults, teens and children with varying symptoms. I have helped clients that have trauma, abuse histories, and many within the legal or social service systems. I enjoy working individuals from all walks of life achieve self sufficiency, social success and occupational success. In my years of training I have come to develop a culturally sensitive practice that centers arounds the needs of the client.

I have held many positions in my clinical career beginning as clinician moving upwards toward supervisor and program coordinator. I have also over 5 years of experience as an adjunct faculty member in the University setting teaching student to become Marriage and Family Therapists. As a clinician I focused on enriching my clinical skills by developing outcome driven practices to achieve client’s desired goals. As a clinical supervisor, I guided clinicians along their own paths towards clinical licensure. As a program coordinator, I helped develop a clinical assessment and triage program from ground up to assist client in accessing services in the South Los Angeles Area.

The program would assist over 100 plus clients on a monthly basis get connected to clinical services and linked to any additional resources as needed by the individual. I have graduated with my, Bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Riverside. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Mount St. Mary’s University, and my Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University.
