About me
Do you feel stuck, wanting something different, but you don’t know where to start? I work to create an accepting environment for clients to be open about the change they would like to see in their lives and provide a non-judgmental ear to help guide clients towards that change. I enjoy using a variety of counseling theories, including solution focused therapy, choice theory, and concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy. I have a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling; I have been a licensed counselor for three years and have worked in a variety of settings. I currently work as a therapist in a hospital with children and adolescents, I have worked as a school counselor, and have counseled adults in a crisis residential unit. I would love to help guide you towards the solutions you have been seeking.
