I enjoy using a variety of counseling theories, including solution focused therapy, choice theory, and concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy. I have a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling; I have been a licensed counselor for three years and have worked in a variety of settings. I currently work as a therapist in a hospital with children and adolescents, I have worked as a school counselor, and have counseled adults in a crisis residential unit.
