I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Alaska and Illinois and also a nationally registered art therapist (ATR). I have up to five years of experience in behavioral health with specific focus in hospice and grief counseling, neurological disorders (dementia, stroke, and traumatic brain injury), anxiety, depression, and other mood and emotional related challenges. I hope to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences. I incorporate a person-centered and narrative approach to my work as a therapist and I can also include active art-making, journaling, the creative process, and imagination.
I look forward to working with you!
